You can request an extension of time to pay a myki infringement. Simply write an email to: tia@transport.vic.gov.au

Use the subject line: ‘Request for Payment Extension’

Include the following in the body of your email:

• Infringement number
• Name
• Address (only if changed since offence)
• Reason for extension (e.g. you are a student and need more time to pay)
• Contact number
